• Educational Qualification: A graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university. The degree should have been completed between 1 January 2022 and 1 September 2025.
• Language Requirement: Candidates must be proficient in the local language of the state applied for. Those who studied the language in Class 10 or 12 are exempted from the language test. Others will have to clear it during document verification.
• Other Conditions: Applicants must be medically fit, should not have undergone prior apprenticeship training, and should not have more than one year of job experience after graduation.

• Duration: 12 months
• Stipend: ₹15,000 per month (₹10,500 from the bank and ₹4,500 from the Government of India through DBT).
• Leaves & Holidays: Apprentices are entitled to 12 casual leaves per year along with bank holidays.
• Certificate: On successful completion, candidates will receive a joint certification from NATS.
• Note: Apprentices are not considered employees of the bank and are not entitled to benefits such as PF, insurance, or future employment guarantees.

• The selection will be merit-based and state-wise. A merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained in Class 12 (10+2) or diploma examinations. The minimum qualifying marks are:
• 60% for General/EWS/OBC candidates
• 55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates
• If two or more candidates have the same marks, the tie will be broken by age, with the older candidate ranked higher. Shortlisted candidates will then undergo document verification and, if required, a local language test. Medical fitness will also be checked before final engagement.
